Due to covid-related factors, FedEx is currently NOT guaranteeing their overnight shipping. As a result, shipped orders of live shellfish are 100% customer liability. (So far, we have had zero issues with orders making it to their destinations on time, so that’s great news!)
Please take this into account when placing an order!
TRACKING: Tracking information for lobster shipments will not be provided unless delivery does not arrive on scheduled day by 8:00 PM. If your delivery does not arrive on estimated delivery date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
